Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including service manuals, repair guides, user manuals, and assembly instructions.
Develop content for technical bulletins, training materials, and other support documents.
Organize and manage technical documents and ensure they are easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with product managers and service teams to understand the needs of users and incorporate feedback into documentation.
Conduct thorough reviews and edits of technical documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
Verify technical content through testing or validation processes to ensure instructions and procedures are effective.
Ensure that all technical publications comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of technical documents and tools.
Manage documentation projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelors degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
