Should possess good customer facing skills in terms of communication, negotiation, planning and escalation management. Strong Healthcare and life sciences domain exposure. This is critical to review the team deliverables in detail. Data and Analytics background Should be able to understand the BI dashboard building process and flow. This is must. Should have managed a team size of 25 members in the past. Should be able to manage conflicts between the team members and teams. Monitor project progress continuously and proactively escalate / ask for help with internal or external stakeholders. Should possess ownership mindset to achieve the project deliverables. Should be able to persuade the team members to follow the same approach.
