You should have prior experience managing a team of 25 members, resolving conflicts, and monitoring project progress continuously. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with team members and customer stakeholders for project oversight. - Demonstrate strong customer-facing skills in communication, negotiation, planning, and escalation management. - Review team deliverables in the Healthcare and life sciences domain. - Understand the BI dashboard building process and flow. - Manage a team size of 25 members, resolving conflicts effectively. - Continuously monitor project progress and proactively escalate issues to internal or external stakeholders. - Possess an ownership mindset to ensure the achievement of project deliverables and persuade team members to adopt the same approach. Qualifications Required: - 13+ years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years of Manager/Delivery Lead experience. - Strong background in Healthcare and life sciences domain. - Proficiency in Data and Analytics, particularly in BI dashboard building process. - Experience in managing a team size of 25 members. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to resolve conflicts and monitor project progress effectively.,
