Job Description

Own and manage the full project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of fintech solutions.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.
Lead sprint planning, and retrospectives to optimize project efficiency.
Drive the integration and deployment of fintech solutions with banking partners and financial institutions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security standards, and technical best practices.
Identify roadblocks and proactively mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
Communicate project status, dependencies, and critical issues to leadership and stakeholders.
Optimize resource allocation and ensure high collaboration among technical and business teams.
Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and ensure clear documentation of project needs.

The Perfect Fit

4-6 years of experience in technical project management within fintech, banking, SaaS, or a related industry.
Must have a B.Tech/B.E. degree with a solid technical foundation.
Proven experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Technical know-how with the ability to understand and communicate technical jargon effectively.
Knowledge of APIs, cloud infrastructure, microservices, and system architecture.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work with engineering teams, clients, and business leaders.
Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk mitigation
