Technical Project Manager SFMC

A Technical Project Manager has good understanding on delivering technical solutions and will be owing delivery of technology project(s) for Epsilon. He/She works with different stakeholders, collaborates with team, plans work and delivers technology related projects.

Below are the requirements for Project Managerin detail:

1. Qualification:

   Graduate or postgraduate degree preferably in Computer Science, PMP/ PRINCE2/CSM Certifications

2. Experience:

   12-15 Years

3. Target Organizations:

   Ecommerce/Digital consulting/product companies like Deloitte digital, Cognizant, IBM Digital, Acquia, Capgemini

4. Experience in delivering Sales Force Marketing Cloud based applications:

   5+ Years

5. Experience in delivering Digital/E-Commerce applications:

   5+ Years

6. Experience in MS-Project :

   6+ Years

7. Experience in Agile project management tools:

   5+ Years

8. Other Experiences:

• Experience in Globally Distributed Delivery Model is highly preferable
• Having software development background is preferable

1. Project Experience:

2. Should have delivered and managedan end to end campaign projects or campaign migration project on the platform like Adobe or Salesforce
3. Should have extensive and diversified experience in Campaign Management, Data Analysis, MIS Reporting & Operations, (Reporting, Automation, Documentation, Achieving Operational results through mentoring programs, Customer care, Coaching and Scheduling) and Driving People to Achieve Goals through Execution.

1. Responsibilities:

1. Understanding business requirements and working with architect on technical solution
2. Develops relationships with senior business stakeholders and ensures appropriate level of engagement.
3. Ensures client's stakeholder objectives are aligned with the proposed business solution being offered by Epsilon.
4. Proactively manages contractual obligations.
5. Drafts SOW and contract documents with clients and vendors
6. Review third party/vendor contracts/SOWs and ensure it is upto the mark
7. Creates innovative methods and defines templates for estimation
8. Manage a team of technical resources for performance
9. Continuously appraise team performance and provide feedback
10. Successfully plans and executes multiple projects
11. Reviews technical estimates, analyzes risks and plans projects
12. Understands business needs and articulate effectively to team for arriving at a solution
13. In due course understand CMS implementations and become SME for different verticals of business solutions handled in Epsilon DX
14. Manage third party dependencies and escalate on time
15. Report project status on a periodic basis with timely escalations
16. Ensure delivery processes are being followed
17. Manage global teams and stakeholders across other geographies(primarily North America)

1. Excellent communication
2. Good knowledge on E-commerce & Digital domains involving multiple third-party integrations
3. Create strategic plans considering end objectives
4. Create end-to-end project management plans
5. Create and track project schedules
6. Strong in MS-Project
7. Strong in Agile project management tools like JIRA
8. Experience in conducting workshops for requirement gathering
