Job Description

Job Duties: Junior Project Manager

Project Understanding & Coordination

    1. Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones.
    2. Coordinate with internal teams, technical experts, and external stakeholders.

Techno-Commercial Proposal Preparation

    1. Assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals for tenders.
    2. Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines.

Technical Data Comprehension

    1. Review and interpret technical data and specifications.
    2. Support preparation of technical reports and requirement analysis.

Documentation & Reporting

    1. Maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
    2. Ensure adherence to project standards.

Communication & Language Proficiency

    1. Draft professional correspondence, reports, and proposals in English.
    2. Maintain clarity in technical and commercial communication.

Stakeholder Coordination

    1. Liaise with clients, vendors, and partners.
    2. Support client meetings, site visits, and reviews.

Technical Background

    1. The candidate must have an engineering/technical background (B.E./B.Tech preferred) to effectively understand and support project requirements.
