Job Description

As an experienced Technical Project Manager with a passion for networking technologies, your role at NTT DATA will involve leading innovative projects and making a difference for clients. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, scoping projects, and producing executable plans for delivery utilizing tools like Microsoft Project. Your expertise in networking technologies, such as Cisco, F5, Arista, Juniper, McAfee, and Checkpoint, will be crucial in ensuring successful project outcomes. Your strong understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP, routing protocols, and network security concepts will enable you to address complex challenges effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate advanced networking technology skills and cross-platform knowledge - Possess certification as a project manager (e.g., PMI PMP, PRINCE) - Utilize in-depth knowledge of networking technologies, including Cisco, F5, Arista, Juniper, McAfee, and Checkpoint - Proficient in Ethernet, TCP/IP, routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), ITIL, network security concepts, and service management principles - Exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills for problem-solving and stakeholder management - Collaborate effectively in virtual global teams within a matrix organization **Qualifications and Certifications:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, project management, or related field - Relevant project management certifications, preferably PMP, and ITIL certification is beneficial Your successful track record in project management, client engagement, and understanding the project life cycle will be essential for this role. You will be expected to manage customer satisfaction, address escalations, and maintain high service levels.
