Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using

  Java

  Spring Boot

• Lead and mentor a team of developers

  , ensuring best coding practices, code reviews, and high delivery standards.
• Develop and integrate

  RESTful APIs

  to support web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and Product.
• Take full ownership of system architecture, scalability, performance tuning, and deployments.
• Interact with

  MySQL, PostgreSQL

  databases efficiently.
• Implement and monitor

  CI/CD pipelines

  , and utilize tools like Git and Docker in the DevOps cycle.
• Drive technical excellence while ensuring timely delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Stay updated with current backend trends and recommend best-fit technologies.

• Implement and manage containerized deployments using

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.

• 10 to 12 years

  of strong hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Proven ability in

  leading and managing development teams

• Expert in

  Java

  Spring Boot

  , and building REST APIs.
• Experience in

  Fintech companies

  or on

  Fintech product platforms

  will be

  highly preferred

• Proficiency in ORM tools like Hibernate/JPA.
