Description
Manages projects/program over their full life cycle, with support from Supplier Ecosystem IT project managers, or from internal project manager (program). Ensures stakeholder satisfaction, compliance and execution with agreed quality, cost, schedule and scope/deliverables. Resolves issues, mitigates risks, and manages scope changes. Proactively participates in the definition of new cross functional projects or programs. You Have: Bachelors degree or engineering degree in Telecommunications with Minimum of 15+ years experience in Network services, deep knowledge of and management in complex environment. Experience in network designs/configurations, managing, supporting and deploying network infrastructures. Good understanding on network technologies TCP/IP, VRRP, DNS, ARP, STP, Trunking, & Port Channelling, VRF, IPsec and TLS. Proficient in Standard Routing Protocols such as OSPF, ISIS, BGP, Route Policy, QoS, VRRP, Multicast, LDP and MPLS. It would be nice if you also had: Understanding of ITIL processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Eager and capable to work in a global multi-cultural team Strong customer focus Define project/program deliverables, milestones, structure and governance. Prepares the investment proposal preparation and business case (including relevant business& IT value impact) Choose or follow the appropriate method and tools to manage the project, in order to enhance agility and agile development methodologies, adapts appropriate PM practices. Project governance, cost planning, controlling and reporting, risk management, change management, communication & training Work with key business/IT stakeholders to ensure buy-in for change. Manage change to bring value to business through effective project and program management. Manage dependencies to other project/programs and relevant services.
