Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects using Java or .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and status reports.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues affecting project timelines or quality.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct regular sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives if using Agile methodologies.
• Serve as the technical point of contact between the development team and business units.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and team collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 + years of total experience, including at least 4 to 5 years in a Project Management role.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in

• Proven experience managing software development projects in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
