Please find the JD : Marketing Head: Position Summary / About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead and elevate our organization's brand presence, media strategies, and public relations efforts. The ideal candidate will be a visionary strategist, skilled communicator, and result-oriented leader capable of driving impactful marketing campaigns and fostering valuable media and PR relationships. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Execute the strategy through a comprehensive marketing plan, integrating corporate branding, media, and PR efforts. Position the company as a thought leader in IT services and Digital Transformation space (AI, Cloud, Automation) Lead the marketing team in brainstorming, planning, and implementing campaigns that drive growth and engagement. Corporate Branding: Develop compelling content marketing strategies including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and video content. Manage thought leadership initiatives such as webinars, podcasts, and industry reports. Monitor and analyze brand perception, adjusting as necessary to strengthen the organization's market position. Ensure consistent brand positioning across all digital and offline channels. Sales Enablement & Partnerships: Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals. Develop sales enablement materials (presentations, battle cards, pitch decks). Strengthen relationships with technology partners (AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.) through co-marketing programs. Drive lead generation and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to attract enterprise clients. Manage email marketing, and paid media strategies. Media Relations and PR Cultivate strong relationships with media outlets and journalists to enhance the organization's visibility. Design and execute PR campaigns that effectively convey key messages and enhance brand reputation. Manage media coverage, interviews, and press events to maximize positive exposure. Industry Events: Identify high-impact industry events (such as Gartner Summits, AWS re:Invent, Microsoft Ignite) and manage company representation, sponsorships, and speaking engagements. Coordinate booth activations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities to maximize brand exposure and lead generation. Oversee pre-event promotions (email campaigns, paid ads, social media) and post-event follow-ups (lead nurturing, content repurposing). Skills & Qualifications: Proven track record in senior marketing roles with expertise in corporate branding, media, and public relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Strong analytical capabilities for measuring marketing success and adapting strategies. Leadership skills to inspire and guide a high-performing marketing team. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools. Educational Requirements: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
