Role - QA Hybrid Experience: 3 to 5 years Location: Kolkata / Mumbai / Noida Job Type: Full Time - Permanent About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual and/or automation testing, a good understanding of SDLC/STLC, and be comfortable working in a hybrid work environment. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in software QA (manual and automation). Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with tools like Jira, TestRail, Postman, Selenium, or similar. Good knowledge of APIs and experience in API testing. Basic understanding of databases and ability to write SQL queries. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases (manual and automated) based on product requirements. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand features and technical implementation. Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution. Perform regression testing and verify bug fixes. Ensure product quality by performing various types of testing such as functional, integration, system, and UAT. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools.
