Job Description

Ethics Infotech is looking for Software Tester QA to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts.
Identify, report, and track defects, working with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in agile development methodologies, providing feedback on product quality and suggesting improvements.
Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools is desirable.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and errors.
Familiarity with version control systems and agile development methodologies.
