Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of expertise in managing and implementing complex software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, solid cloud knowledge, and the ability to lead large-scale data projects across multiple teams.

Key Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management for enterprise-level software.
• Expertise in one or more technologies:
• Java/J2EE
• EDW/SQL
• Hadoop/Hive/Spark (hands-on preferred)
• Cloud Platforms (Must Have):
• AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proven track record managing high-volume data projects (TBs to PBs in size).
• Data Engineering Knowledge:
• Data Ingestion, Processing, and Orchestration
• Experience with Migration Projects (Nice to Have).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end technical project delivery.
• Act as a bridge between executives, engineering teams, and external partners.
• Lead multi-functional teams across business development, product, engineering, analytics, and marketing.
• Ensure on-time delivery of multiple, simultaneous technical programs.
• Define and implement technical solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage customer relationships with excellent client handling skills.
• Work in Offshore Development Center (ODC) models and present technical architecture to senior stakeholders.
• Create and manage project plans, delivery timelines, and resource allocations.

Qualifications

• Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / M.Com
• Experience: 10 (Associate Level) to 16 years
