What you ll do:
As a Professional Services Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects ranging from small-scale project to complex, large-scale engagements. Your experience in project management, combined with your proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models, will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management activities for a diverse range of engagements, working closely with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop and execute project plans, considering the appropriate delivery model (Agile or Waterfall) based on project requirements and client preferences.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, consultants, and stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met within the defined timelines and budget.

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, managing issues that may arise during project execution.

Monitor project progress and ensure that project deliverables are of the highest quality, meeting, or exceeding client expectations.

Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for project-related discussions and updates.

Effectively communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks to both internal teams and clients.

Leverage your knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations during project planning and execution (if applicable).

Mentor and guide junior project managers, contributing to their professional growth and development.

Uphold best practices and industry standards in project management, utilizing your PMP certification and experience to drive excellence.
What you need to bring:
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field; Masters degree is a plus.

8+ years of demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in a professional services environment.

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification / Scrum and Agile certifications is mandatory.

Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
-
Vast experience in successfully delivering network solutions and DevOps Projects is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Resource Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating for necessary resources, be it human capital, budget allocation, or equipment, considering the larger organizational project portfolio.

Variance Analysis: Expertly identifies deviations between planned and actual project outcomes across dimensions (scope, schedule, quality, risks), taking corrective actions as needed.

Estimation Techniques: Applies various estimation techniques to refine future project planning, improving accuracy and predictability.

Proficient Tools Utilization: Demonstrates proficiency in MS Project, as well as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.

Adherence to PMO Standards: Familiarity with project portfolio management tools and dedicated adherence to PMO (Project Management Office) standards.
