Working Days: 5 (Mon to Fri) (work from the office)

Shift Timings: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (AUS Shift)

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a Technical and Agile Project Management background and skills. He/ she will be responsible for enforcing deadlines and supervising team members to ensure delivery on the project goals. A candidate of choice for this position should be able to use his/her industry expertise, ability to work well in a collaborative environment & meticulous attention to detail for improvement in all aspects of project planning, resource management and delivery. Having knowledge in Salesforce will be preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manages IT projects from beginning to end. The project may include development, deployment, and infrastructure with complexity around technology, cross-functional dependencies and multiple stakeholders across various divisions and departments.
• Experience managing Salesforce projects is a big plus.
• Candidate must be keenly interested to learn new cloud computing technologies like Salesforce HubSpot, etc.
• Communicates project status, progress on deliverables, and risks/issues to stakeholders and leadership in a timely manner.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including architects, software engineers, developers and technical leads to ensure timely delivery of the project.
• Perform Business Analysis with key stakeholders to determine the project scope.
• Analyse and review business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Ensures that projects are completed on time and meet all business and system requirements. Conducts all project management tasks to ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals.
• Develop project plans, schedule and work breakdown structure for the project
• Discuss and prioritize project issues with the project team, and provide help/support to the project team as required.
• Develop and review the Understanding, SRS and SDD Documents with developers and clients
• Work with developers in the design phase of the feature to ensure full understanding of intended functionality and to improve usability.
• Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Has an understanding of multi-system enterprise setups and is able to communicate with related teams for dependencies.
• Should be able to negotiate with the business on requirements, release management & project closure. Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Coordinate with customer and internal teams to develop work/change orders when needed due to changes in scope, schedules, and dependencies

Must-Have Skills / Knowledge:

• Core Project Planning & Management skills; PMP/Scrum Master or other certificate programs.
• Must have 3-4 years of development experience on any programming language.
• Able to communicate clearly around scope, budget, timeline, and the needed level of functional collaboration for project success; Able to develop project plans, schedule, and work breakdown structure for projects.
• Expertise in managing discoveries, requirement gathering & scope definition demonstrated through successful delivery of mid to leve-sized & complex projects
• Comfortable in client calls including executive sponsors and stakeholders
• Effective Team Player, DevOps mindset, working experience of delivering projects in Agile (Scrum) & CI/CD setups
• Should be able to negotiate with the business on requirements, release management & project closure
• Excellence in Progress report presentation to clients & internal leadership
• Proficient with the following tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, Visio, etc.
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and enabling teams to deliver
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head off obstacles
• A growth mindset with effective time management skills and the ability to work under deadlines. Definitely a proactive, engaged, and resourceful approach to work & people
• Other certifications and Trailhead badges a plus.
• Experience with Data Migration projects & exposure to ETL tools will be a plus
• Graduate preferably in Engineering or MCA with work experience as mentioned above
