Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager

to lead and deliver complex infrastructure, networking, and cloud initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams across India and the US, driving project execution, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who thrives in a global, fast-paced environment and is comfortable working extended hours to ensure seamless collaboration with US-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for infrastructure, networking, and cloud transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across India and the US to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Manage resource allocation, project budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Act as the primary point of contact for US-based stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to track progress and report on key metrics.
Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations through regular updates and reviews.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly status reports that include:
- Project progress and milestone tracking - Identification and escalation of risks and issues - Documentation and follow-up on action items - Updates on resource utilization and dependencies - Recommendations for corrective actions and risk mitigation strategies

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. OR

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

15+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies.
Proven experience managing global teams and working across time zones.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking protocols, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Experience with tools like Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
Extended hours to support US Central Time (CT) zone, up to 1:00 PM CT
