Role Overview

Project Manager with a strong Full Stack background

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics.
• Provide technical guidance to teams working on

  Java / Python-based full stack applications

  .
• Manage cross-functional teams across development, QA, and DevOps.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices for smooth execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience

  with at least

  3+ years in Project/Program Management

  .
• Strong

  full stack development background

  with hands-on experience in

  Java or Python

  .
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in

  insurance or financial services domain

  .
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Certification in PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management frameworks.
