The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full-stack development, technical leadership, and project management, ensuring compliance with healthcare security and scalability requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-stack development projects, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.

Define and manage sprint planning, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance development environment.

Implement best practices in API security, data encryption, and healthcare compliance.

Design scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and DevOps engineers.

Utilize Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools to optimize development workflows.

Technical Skills Required

Frontend: Angular, ReactJS, TypeScript

Backend: .NET Core, EF Core, Dapper, Fluent Validations

Microservices & APIs: Docker, DevOps, RabbitMQ, API Management (APIM)

Databases: MSSQL, PostgreSQL

Tools & Platforms: JIRA, Git Bash, PowerShell, Docker

Preferred Qualifications

Strong experience managing full-stack development teams and technical projects.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Exposure to cloud-native architectures and DevOps best practices.

Familiarity with EHR, EMR, HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA compliance.
