Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week in Bangalore office) Experience: 5-8 years (1–2 years as a developer + 4+ years in project management)
Ideal Profile:
- Strong foundation in JavaScript/Full Stack Development- Hands-on exposure to Agile/Scrum, Jira, SDLC- Experience in client communication & cross-functional team coordination- PMP or Scrum certifications are a plus- Excellent stakeholder and delivery management skillsWe want someone who understands the tech and can manage the people, processes, and timelines that drive successful delivery.
