About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Interact with client stakeholders (India & Global teams) to gather, document, and prioritize reporting/dashboard requirements.
Analyze Greenhouse ATS (recruitment) data to understand key metrics and KPIs.
Create requirement documents, mockups, and user stories for BI dashboards.
Collaborate with BI developers to ensure timely and accurate dashboard delivery in Google Looker.
Validate final dashboards to ensure alignment with requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

48 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Data Analytics projects.
Strong experience in
requirements gathering & stakeholder management
.
Understanding of
recruitment metrics / HR analytics
is a strong plus.
Familiarity with BI tools (Google Looker / PowerBI / Tableau) not mandatory but preferred.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
