Technical Project Coordinator

Job Description -

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Ensure resources are properly allocated and all tasks are on schedule.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate between different teams, clients, and departments to ensure that project tasks are completed on time and any issues are addressed swiftly.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, status reports, action items, and meeting notes. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
• Resource Management: Help track and allocate resources, ensuring that all required materials, equipment, and personnel are available and properly utilized.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks or issues that could impact project timelines or deliverables. Work with the project manager to develop strategies for mitigating these risks.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients. Address any inquiries, concerns, or feedback related to the project and ensure clear communication.
• Quality Control: Monitor project quality to ensure that work meets the established standards, guidelines, and client expectations.
• Post-Project Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation of project success, including the identification of areas for improvement and lessons learned for future projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
