Technical Project Co-Ordinator- IT Infra

As a Technical Project Coordinator at Verdantas, your role is crucial in assisting with planning, organizing, and tracking IT infrastructure and cloud-related projects. You will work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and timely communication. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in scheduling, tracking milestones, and monitoring progress of projects. - Help maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports. - Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and necessary documentation items. Requirements Gathering: - Support in collecting and documenting technical requirements. - Ensure accurate recording of stakeholder inputs for project plans. Documentation & Visualization: - Prepare and update project documentation including network diagrams, system architecture diagrams, SOPs, and runbooks. - Maintain version control and ensure compliance with documentation standards. Communication & Coordination: - Act as a point of contact for project updates. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders. - Prepare presentations and reports for internal reviews. Quality & Compliance Support: - Assist in ensuring adherence to internal standards and frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT. - Help organize documentation for audits and compliance checks. Core Competencies: - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). - 4-6 years of experience in project coordination or administration. - Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts (servers, networking, cloud). - Proficiency in documentation and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Visio, and Confluence. - Basic understanding of project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall. - Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, with ITIL basics being a plus.
