Position: Technical Project Co-Ordinator- IT Infra

Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Project Support

• Assist in scheduling, tracking milestones, and monitoring progress.
• Help maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and documentation items.

Requirements Gathering

• Support collection and documentation of technical requirements.
• Ensure accurate recordingof stakeholder inputsfor project plans.

Documentation & Visualization

• Prepare and updateproject documentation such as:
• Network diagrams
• System architecture diagrams
• SOPs and runbooks
• Maintain version controland ensure compliance with documentation standards.

Communication & Coordination

• Act as a point of contact for project updates.
• Facilitate communication betweentechnical teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal reviews.

Quality & Compliance Support

• Assist in ensuringadherence to internalstandards and frameworks (ITIL, COBIT).
• Help organize documentation for audits and compliance checks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or relatedfield (preferred)
• 4-6 years of experience in project coordination or administration
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts (servers, networking, cloud)
• Proficiency in documentation and collaboration tools (MS Project, Visio, Confluence)
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL basics is a plus)
