Job Description

Were looking for a customer-focused and technically proficient professional to engage with our data solutions (API) customers, understand their needs, and drive adoption. This is a customer-facing role best suited for someone with prior experience working directly with clients or managing technical projects. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for API customersbuild strong relationships and proactively engage with them to understand their use cases and workflows. Design and implement programs that improve adoption and usage across our customers. Improve product penetration by collaborating with customers, identify areas where our data solutions can streamline or enhance their workflows. Drive initiatives to diagnose and resolve recurring customer issues, continuously improving the customer experience. Coordinate across internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer data requests and technical queries. What we are looking for? Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2 to 6 years of work experience. Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Effective problem-solving skills to identifying and resolving customer challenges. Technical aptitude to understand workflows and understand customer inquiries. Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Ready to relocate to Bangalore (5 Days Work from Office in HSR Layout, Bangalore).
