Technical Program Manager

As a Project Manager at CLOUDSUFI, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex integration solutions on the Cloud platform. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Creating Program Strategy and defining delivery milestones for integration solutions - Acting as the technical liaison between solution architects and delivery teams to ensure alignment with architectural vision - Developing integration components using Java 8/9 and service-oriented architecture - Applying in-depth knowledge of design patterns and integration architecture - Designing Cloud-native solutions, Domain-driven design, and secure application architecture - Overseeing system scalability and maintenance for enterprise applications - Implementing API security, API gateways, and OAuth 2.0 - Contributing to engineering roadmaps, architecture governance, SDLC, and DevOps strategy - Collaborating with Google Cloud Platform for solution development Additionally, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Education: BTech / BE / MCA / MSc Computer Science - Experience: 12-20+ years in Product Engineering Services or Enterprise Software Companies - Primary Skills: Java 8-17+, Core Java, Design patterns, Multi-tenant SaaS platforms, Event-driven systems, Cloud-native architecture, Webservices development, SQL / NoSQL, Program Strategy, Technical & Architectural Leadership - Secondary Skills: Kafka, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Certifications (Optional): OCPJP / Google Professional Cloud Developer In this role, you will also be expected to: - Write design specifications and user stories - Establish coding best practices and conduct code reviews - Lead Scrum calls and meetings - Identify technical challenges and develop mitigation plans - Ensure compliance with development processes and documentation - Provide technical assistance to other teams and assist in proposal writing - Mentor junior developers and conduct training sessions on latest technologies - Participate in organization development activities and events Your success in this role will be supported by your experience with US/Europe based clients, strong communication skills, analytical abilities, task prioritization, time management, and stakeholder management.
