Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. 1 year of experience in program management. Experience in managing technically challenging projects involving multiple stakeholders and constraints. Experience with SQL. Preferred qualifications: Experience with Google software services, knowledge of compute/storage resource management, or data center infrastructure operations and constraints. Experience with Python. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver program communications in collaboration with program stakeholders, including metrics progress, meeting notes, meeting AIs, decision/escalation logs, newsletters, and websites. Author stakeholder map that specifies who is impacted by, and who influences, program outcome in collaboration with program stakeholders. Work with cross-functional teams and be accountable for meeting OKRs, providing time bound deliverables, improving legacy systems and processes. Plan requirements with internal customers and drive projects through the entire life-cycle while managing constraints and potentially conflicting objectives.
