Job Description

Notice Period : Immediate - 15 Days About the Role : As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex software projects. You will work closely with engineering and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities : - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables - Develop and manage project plans and timelines - Track project progress and identify potential risks - Manage cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts - Ensure adherence to Agile and Scrum methodologies - Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members - Provide technical guidance and support to the team Required Skills and Experience : - 10+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies - PMP and/or CSM certification preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks - Experience with RDK-B or other networking stacks is preferred - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Keywords Project Methodologies,Project Management,PMP,CSM/CSPO,SDLC,Agile,Scrum,Program management*
