Technical Program Analyst

As a Junior Program Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior program managers in planning and tracking project deliverables. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting senior program managers in planning and tracking project deliverables. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and update progress. - Assisting in preparing project documentation, timelines, and status reports. - Attending and contributing to team meetings, sprint planning, and reviews. - Learning and applying project management tools and best practices. - Identifying potential risks or blockers and escalating them appropriately. - Continuously seeking to improve processes and delivery efficiency. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - BTech degree with a specialization in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology (preferably from the 2024 or 2025 batch). - Strong interest in project/program management and technology. - Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle is a plus. - Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Jira/Trello is a plus.
