Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth app functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues
• Define product requirements, write user stories, and manage feature backlog
• Work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams
• Communicate product updates and roadmap to stakeholders
• Track KPIs and use data to drive improvements

Requirements

• MBA from a top-tier institute with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in product management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• 36 years of experience as a software developer or product manager
• Experience in B2C/B2B digital products or e-commerce platforms
• Comfort working with APIs, data models, and mobile technologies
