Role Overview & Responsibilities:

• Develop and own product roadmaps; manage the entire product lifecycle from strategy to launch
• Gather product requirements and align them with business goals to define winning product strategies
• Work with Design & Engineering teams to develop high-quality PRDs and manage scope of each release
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Leadership for idea generation, prioritization, and execution
• Conduct quantitative analysis and market research to identify customer needs and market gaps
• Analyze market & competition data to define new product features
• Monitor user metrics & feedback post-launch and iterate rapidly
• Create training and support documentation for internal & external users

• Ability to see the big picture and build long-term product strategies
• Strong communication skills to engage engineers, product managers, marketers & executives
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges during product development
• Sound understanding of technical aspects & financial implications of product decisions

• Preferred Colleges: Candidates from IME, KIT, NIT, Great Lakes, SSN, and other premium engineering colleges will be strongly preferred
• Background Requirement: Candidates should come from a Developer background (with strong technical grounding) or from a Product background
