Product Catalogue Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Catalogue Executive to manage the uploading, updating, and maintenance of holiday packages, activities, and travel-related products on our website. The role focuses on accuracy, consistency, and timely updates in coordination with marketing, SEO teams, and content writers.

Only Immediate Joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload new tour packages, activities, and travel products on the website
• Update existing products for pricing, itinerary changes, inclusions/exclusions, and seasonal offers
• Ensure all product content is accurate, well-formatted, and aligned with internal guidelines
• Maintain consistency across destinations, package formats, and naming conventions.
• Work closely with marketing, SEO teams, and content writers to ensure content is SEO-friendly, well-written, and aligned with campaigns
• Convert supplier-provided information into website-ready product content
• Perform basic quality checks before products go live
• Maintain records of updates and changes made to products

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years experience in product management / product uploading & updating
• Prior exposure to travel, tourism, or OTA platforms is preferred
• Working knowledge of CMS platforms (custom admin panels)
• Good command over Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of travel products (packages, activities, transfers, add-ons)
• Strong attention to detail and content accuracy

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly titles, meta descriptions, and URLs
• Experience handling multiple destinations or large product volumes
• Familiarity with image uploads and basic optimization
