Technical PM

As a dynamic Project Manager cum Scrum Master with over 7 years of experience, your role will involve leading end-to-end project delivery by ensuring effective Agile practices are followed across teams. You are expected to balance traditional project management disciplines with Agile leadership to drive high performance through structured planning, execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, manage, and deliver complex projects. - Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, manage budgets, and handle risk. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Monitor timelines, costs, quality, and delivery against defined scope and KPIs. - Interface with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders for regular status updates. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban. - Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Experience working with cross-functional and distributed Agile teams. - Exposure to telecom, embedded systems, or enterprise software projects is desirable. - Experience in DevOps and CI/CD environments is a plus. As a Scrum Master, your responsibilities will include facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will guide teams on Agile best practices, help remove blockers, and track Agile KPIs to ensure consistent delivery.
