Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, knowledge of business drivers, and the ability to communicate solutions persuasively.
Roles and Responsibility

Participate in storyboard sessions with project team members and key partners.

Create cut-over plans for complex AR migration projects from Oracle to Salesforce.

Coordinate with multiple teams for status updates and effective cut-over plans for multiple application changes.

Collaborate with business and functions to plan and develop cut-over plans by discussing with different teams, reviewing the plan with leads, SMEs, and key partners.

Follow and implement quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines to ensure compliance with the Genpact brand and tone.

Stay updated with content management developments and generate new ideas to engage the audience.

Job

Excellent writing skills with the ability to communicate solutions and recommendations persuasively.

Knowledge and understanding of business drivers and processes in the ITES/Hi-tech industry.

Aptitude and awareness for using available content repositories and innovative tools, such as proposal automation software like RFPIO or QVidian.

Good interpersonal and time-management skills, with attention to detail.

Experience working with visual content mediums including videos and telestrations is an added advantage.

Ability to manage senior partners effectively, with experience working with multiple partners.

A graduate or postgraduate degree in English and business writing is preferred.
