Technical Operations Engineer

As a Technical Operations Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Linux-based systems both on-site and remotely. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations for our clients by providing expert support in system administration and cloud-based troubleshooting. Your key responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux systems, as well as offering on-site and remote troubleshooting for network and system issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for deploying and configuring cloud-based solutions and virtual machines, managing various deployment files such as OVA, OVF, VHD, and ensuring system security through automation and script implementation. In this role, you will leverage AI and machine learning-driven platforms for advanced troubleshooting and predictive maintenance, enhancing our troubleshooting capabilities and system performance. To excel in this position, you should have at least 1+ years of experience in technical operations, system administration, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Linux, networking, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure is essential. Experience in PHP-based cloud integrations and basic scripting languages such as Bash and Python will be beneficial. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are also key requirements for this role.
