Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Office - Design Engineer for Coimbatore location.

Soft ware skills required in Creo, Auto CAD & Solid Work.

Role & responsibilities

Creation of 3D models, Assemblies, and drawings in Creo based on project requirements.
Conversion of 2D drawing in to 3D and creating new 2D drawings.
Preparation of pump GA drawings, Cross section drawings.
Issue of manufacturing drawing and assembly drawings.
Selection of machine elements - bearings, couplings, pulley & belts and fasteners based on project requirement.
Preparing pump Bill of Materials.
Preparing and issuing ECNs.
Participating in manufacturing feasibility reviews.
Maintaining the data in Windchil.
On time submission of reports and projects status to supervisor.
Working on 3D conversion project based on project requirement.
Preparing and maintaining pump manuals.
Preparing and maintaining the project related documents up to date complying with IMS.
Maintaining and submission of time sheet on-time.
Proactively engaging in driving process improvement and cost reduction activities.
Excellent communication skill is necessary.

Desired profile:

Creo Software Part Modeling , Surface Modeling, Assembly Modeling, Detailing, Family table creations, UDFs, Simplified representations, Pro-Programming, Skeleton modeling etc.
