Technical Manager

Job description We are looking for a highly motivated Technical program/ Project Manager to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs. The TPM will work closely with engineering/ product teams and business teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This role requires a strong balance of technical understanding, program management skills, and stakeholder communication. A Day in Your Life: Drive end-to-end program management: roadmap, timelines, risks, and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution and alignment. Understand technical systems (APIs, cloud, architecture) to identify risks and solutions. Implement Agile practices, track progress, and maintain reporting. Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure quality, scalability, and performance of delivered solutions. Skills in the spotlight: Bachelor s/Master s in Engineering, or related field. 5+ years in program/project management (3+ as TPM). Strong understanding of Mean/Full Stack along with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, DevOps, and Agile. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
