Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Candidate Must have Experience in Bevel Gear
Development & Planning activities for all gear and shaft parts.
Creating process flow for the all the gears and shafts
Schedule preparation & control for gear parts production line setup activities.
Part drawing detail study and list out all required machines, tools, fixtures and gauges for the production of the part.
Design of fixtures and gauges and ordering them Procurement of gear cutting tools and procuring them Installation of designed fixtures and tools in machine and make program for turning, milling, hobbing and shaving machines and make the line ready for production
Machine Selection and selecting the Tool for value production
New product development of gear parts Hobbing, Shaping, Shaving process
Establishment of process capability to have strong process control. Continuous improvement on cycle time & set time.
