Overview: Seeking a Battery Testing & Validation Engineer to join team. In this role, you will develop and implement rigorous testing protocols for lithium-ion battery systems, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards. You will also be responsible for assessing cooling and heating systems to effectively manage battery temperature.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute testing protocols for lithium-ion battery systems, focusing on safety, performance, and thermal management.

• Conduct rigorous assessments of battery performance under various conditions, including temperature extremes and load variations.

• Analyze test data and generate comprehensive reports detailing findings, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of thermal management solutions in battery designs.

• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to battery testing and safety.

• Identify potential issues during testing and work with engineering teams to implement solutions.

• Support the development of testing equipment and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in testing and validation of lithium-ion battery systems.

• Strong knowledge of safety and performance standards applicable to battery technologies.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and testing equipment.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with thermal management principles and technologies for battery systems.

• Experience with software tools for data analysis and simulation.
