Job Description

Hiring for Sweden MNC Company:

Title: Production Engineer - Cold Flow/ Cold Rolling

Exp: 3- 7 Yrs

Qualification: Diploma/ Degree Mechanical

Responsibilities:

Safety in Cold Flow
Compliance to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 and SA8000 and improvements.
Train, educate and allocate manpower in Cold flow to achieve highest standards of quality and Production as per machine capacity.
Allocate manpower on operations in cold flow.
Monitor & control machines are run as per SOP.
In process inspection on all operations and control tube rejection
Daily white board meeting with workmen
Delivery to customer. Plan production in shift to meet customer commitments and achieve goals in production.
Quality of CF products and yield. Coordinate with QA team to ensure tube quality as per specifications and reduce tube rejection.
Carry out internal audits for 5 S, Kaizen, TPM.
Effective manpower handling and discipline in shift.
Tool management and MIS.

Ensure availability of tools, consumables, and manpower.
Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown in machines.
TPI Order tracking and preparation TPI plan
To carry out production and stoppage entry in the PPC system.

Cross Functional Responsibilities:

Develop and execute processes keeping in mind Core Values.

Fulfilling QMS, EMS, OHSAS, legal & financial requirements and closing NC/observations if any.
