Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Performance Testing Technical Lead with 5-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Selenium with Java, REST API, and performance testing tools.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement comprehensive performance testing strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Develop and maintain automated tests using Selenium with Java and other relevant tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize performance testing requirements.
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement.
Create and maintain technical documentation for performance testing processes.
Mentor junior team members on performance testing best practices.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of performance testing principles and methodologies.
Experience with Selenium with Java, REST API, and performance testing tools like Jmeter.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Mandatory SQL skills.
