Technical Lead Full stack

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of interactive, high-performance front-end applications using

  Vue.js

  and

  TypeScript

  for visualizing and manipulating large-scale

  3D point cloud data

  .
• Own the technical architecture of the front-end and its integration with high-performance

  C++

  algorithms and data-processing pipelines.
• Act as the primary technical bridge between front-end,

  C++

  , backend, product, and UX/UI teams to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Define and enforce best practices for code quality, performance optimization, testing, and documentation across the team.
• Guide the implementation and optimization of 3D rendering, spatial analysis, and real-time interaction with large and complex datasets.
• Design and review APIs, data converters, and interfaces between C++ modules and web-based UI components.
• Proactively identify, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks across the full stack, especially in real-time 3D environments.
• Mentor and coach engineers, conduct code reviews, and support technical growth within the team.
• Collaborate with product and UX stakeholders to translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive user workflows.
• Participate in technical planning, estimation, and roadmap discussions, providing clear guidance on feasibility and risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years

  of professional experience.
• Extensive experience with

  Vue.js (Vue 2/3)

  , Composition API, and component-driven front-end architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in

  TypeScript

  , including scalable typing strategies for large applications.
• Strong professional experience with

  C++

  , particularly in performance-critical or computation-heavy systems.
• Hands-on experience working with point cloud data (LiDAR, photogrammetry, depth sensors, 3D mapping, etc.).
• Deep understanding of

  3D mathematics

  , coordinate systems, transformations, and spatial data structures (octrees, KD-trees, voxel grids).
• Solid experience with 3D rendering pipelines and technologies such as WebGL, Three.js, or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in performance profiling, debugging, and optimization for real-time or large-data applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, influence architectural decisions, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional, highly technical environments.
