Technical Lead

• Responsible for leading a team of DevOps engineers and driving the adoption of DevOps practices within the organization.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement strategies for continuous integration, continuous deployment, and infrastructure as code.


• Mentor and guide the team in the use of various DevOps tools and technologies, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery processes.


• Analyze and optimize existing DevOps processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve overall system performance and reliability.


• Participate in the design and development of highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure cloud-based infrastructure.


• Contribute to the development of automation scripts, build pipelines, and deployment workflows to enhance the overall efficiency of the software delivery lifecycle.


• Collaborate with the development teams to ensure seamless integration between application development and infrastructure provisioning.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them to drive continuous improvement.

• Lead a team of DevOps engineers and drive the adoption of DevOps practices.

• 3 to 6 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.


• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and toolsets.


• Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Bash).


• Experience in cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).


• Expertise in automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins).


• Familiarity with containerization and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).


• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and mentor junior engineers.
