Technical Lead

Role Overview

• Convert business objectives and product requirements into clear technical solutions, workflows, and engineering plans.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, design, API development, integrations, and platform evolution.
• Lead the implementation of scalable .NET Core applications, microservices, and cloud-native services.
• Own technical quality across modulescode reviews, standards enforcement, and best practices.

Cloud Infrastructure Oversight

• Oversee Azure cloud infrastructure for .NET and AI-based applications.
• Ensure Production, QA, and Dev environments are secure, stable, scalable, and cost-efficient.
• Coordinate closely with DevOps and Infra teams to maintain monitoring, logging, scaling, and release readiness.

Development Leadership & Execution

• Lead engineering teams in designing, developing, and deploying platform features.
• Guide sprint planning, effort estimations, dependency analysis, and solution reviews.
• Resolve technical challenges, unblock developers, and provide hands-on expertise when needed.
• Ensure delivery timelines are met without compromising technical quality.

AI & Integration Support

• Support integration of AI models, inference pipelines, vector databases, and API-driven AI components.
• Validate readiness of cloud infrastructure for AI workloads, security, and data processing needs.

Process & Quality Management

• Drive engineering best practicesmodular design, clean architecture, test automation, and observability.
• Monitor stability, performance metrics, SLAs, and platform health across environments.
• Enforce standardized branching, deployment workflows, and coding guidelines.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, Web APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services, environment setup, scaling, and monitoring.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, IaC, containerization, and DevOps workflows.
• Familiarity with AI/ML components, model integration, REST-based AI services, or vector stores (good to have).
• Solid grounding in SQL Server/Postgres, performance tuning, and API optimization.
