The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development, with a solid understanding of system architecture, team leadership, and end-to-end project execution.
The candidate should be capable of making technical decisions, guiding junior developers, and ensuring code quality and performance standards across projects. Experience with modern development practices, code reviews, and DevOps integration is a strong plus.
