Technical Lead

Bachelor’s/master’s degree.
8 - 10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Core, C#, and modern software development.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, UDP, WebSockets, SNMP, MQTT).
Proficiency in multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Familiarity with security best practices in software development.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Good to Have:

Design, develop, and optimize high-performance applications using .NET Core & C#.
Work on networking-related modules, network protocols, and security.
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams for deployment on Azure/AWS/GCP.
Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and suggest improvements.
