Job Description

Job Responsibility:

Strong knowledge of STB hardware architecture, PCBs, SMPS, tuners, HDMI, AV, and power circuits.
Hands-on expertise in soldering, BGA rework, and use of repair/test equipment.
Familiarity with firmware loading, diagnostic tools, and STB software validation.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis (RCA).
Ability to prepare and present technical reports to management and clients.
Strong coordination and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.
7–10 years of experience in electronics repair, with at least 3–5 years in STB production/ repair management.
