Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and technical leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality software products.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and code samples.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely resolutions and minimizing downtime.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and lead a team of developers, providing guidance and mentorship.
Strong attention to detail, focusing on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
