Technical Lead

🔧 Tech Stack:

  • Back End

    : FastAPI, MongoDB, Python, PostgreSQL

  • Front End

    : React.js

  • DevOps

    : CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Linux, Azure, Redis

🎯 What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & mentor developers, ensuring best coding practices
  • Collaborate with clients to design and deliver optimal solutions
  • Oversee DevOps, server, and AI-related work
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and optimize systems
  • Keep projects on schedule and aligned with goals

✅ Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience (3+ years in a lead role)
  • Strong leadership & organizational skills
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
