About the Role

We are seeking an experienced React Tech Lead with strong expertise in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript, along with proven experience in cloud-native deployments (GCP), Kubernetes, and containerized environments.

This role demands a balance of hands-on coding and technical leadership, ensuring the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications while guiding the team on best practices and deployment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of large-scale, responsive web applications using React and Node.js.
• Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices for the team.
• Drive component reusability, scalability, and maintainability across projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship through design reviews, code reviews, and pair programming.
• Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and product teams for seamless API and middleware integrations.
• Oversee GCP-based deployments, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable delivery.
• Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Lead efforts on CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation.
• Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability across all layers.
• Stay updated with emerging frontend and cloud technologies, evaluating tools/frameworks for adoption.

Core Technical Skills

• Frontend: React (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand), JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive UI design.
• Backend: Node.js (REST APIs, Express.js, microservices architecture).
• Cloud & DevOps: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – Cloud Run, GKE, IAM, Pub/Sub, Storage.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (preferably GKE).
• Version Control & CI/CD: Git, GitHub/GitLab, automated pipelines.
• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, unit & integration testing.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with GraphQL or gRPC for data interactions.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Cloud Deployment Manager).
• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Awareness of modern security practices (JWT, OAuth, API security).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,114,999.98 - ₹2,262,669.44 per year
